You can now buy a Chevrolet Silverado in the UK

February 27, 2026
General Motors has officially launched it’s Chevrolet Silverado in the UK under its GM Specialty Vehicles banner through specialist import expert Clive Sutton.
For the first time, UK customers can order the full-size American pick-up directly from the manufacturer with full UK homologation, comprehensive warranty and nationwide aftersales support.
Vehicles will be supplied by GM and initially delivered via Clive Sutton’s new North West London premises, with a wider retail network set to follow.
The Silverado is joined by other models from the General Motors Speciality Vehicles (GMSV) line-up that also includes large SUVs from Cadillac and GMC.
Each UK-market Silverado comes with a three-year, unlimited-mileage warranty, with the option to extend cover by a further two years. GM says customers will also have access to finance packages, GM-approved servicing and transparent pricing as the dealer network expands.
Clive Sutton, founder and CEO of the eponymous London-based retailer, described the launch as a milestone moment for UK enthusiasts who have long admired GM’s North American models but previously had to rely on independent importers.
Under the new structure, buyers can now order factory-backed vehicles with manufacturer support. Orders are open immediately via the GMSV UK website and through Sutton London, with first deliveries expected to begin this spring.
You can also have an Escalade

Alongside the Silverado, GMSV is introducing some of GM’s most high-profile luxury SUVs, led by the Cadillac Escalade and the range-topping Escalade-V. The Escalade has long been a symbol of full-size American luxury, while the Escalade-V adds serious performance credentials to the mix.
Both standard and extended-wheelbase Escalade ESV versions are available, targeting customers who want maximum interior space and a commanding road presence. For UK buyers previously limited to specialist imports, the ability to purchase a fully homologated Escalade with factory warranty represents a significant shift.
Or a Yukon Denali, Chevy Tahoe or Suburban

From GMC, UK buyers can order the Yukon Denali, positioned as a premium full-size SUV with a focus on refinement and technology. Sitting alongside it are the Sierra 1500 Denali and the more off-road-focused Sierra 1500 AT4, offering an alternative take on the American full-size pick-up formula.
While the Silverado may be the best-known nameplate in the UK, the Sierra broadens the appeal for customers seeking a different design approach and trim positioning within the same large-truck segment.
Rounding out the initial UK line-up are the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, two long-established full-size SUVs in the North American market. The Suburban, in particular, is known for its extended body and substantial load capacity, making it one of the largest SUVs available globally.
